How I Got Started and Some Tips!

It took me a while to figure out how and what to do at the gym. Knowing proper form is very important. If you do not have proper form you can cause some serious injurys. There are a lot of ways to get injured when working out. In order to figure out what I am doing I looked on youtube. There were thousands of videos that I watched and learned from. Sometimes I would have to go back to the video but that is ok since I was new. I even was able to ask other people who were more experianced. I also took a little time to find a propper weight. If the weight was to heavy I would lower it. If I didn't like the weight that it was then I would work harder on that mucscle letting me be able to get to the target weight. Once I was there I would try heavier weights and then set that as my goal.
