What I do for a workout

This is just a light little schedule that I have. I try to go to the gym everyday as you can see above but if I can not make it one day due to being out of town then I will use an app on my phone called Fitness Coach. It is a decent app but to get the best version you need premium and cause of covid I do not go out much so I didn't buy a membership. I will pick what machine to use depending on the day And I will not use others that do not help me. I have a little warm up that I do before I go. First I get changed and put in my earbuds and play my music to get in the mood. I Then make my preworkout and I drink it while pumping my self up. I then strecth and wait for my preworkout set in. Once it sets in I text my dad that I am leaving and I go to the gym. I work out what I needed which takes around an hour to an hour or a half. I then either run, bike, or sit in the sauna for 15 minutes. After that I go home and take a shower and drink a protien shake.
