How I found the Gym!

I found the gym because I hit a low point. Keep in mind it is around 2016 when my dog died. I wanted to live better in the name of her. I tried for only a few days and didn't see any results. I was so ashamed that I couldn't gain any muscle. I was impaitent. I was petty. Later in life Another one of my pets died. They died around 2018. They were old so it didn't affect me much but I was still emotional. I tried again this time for much much longer. I tried for a month. The problem this time I didn't give my 110% in the gym. I was messing around and not trying my hardest. In 2020 the thing to push me over the edge was both of my cats dying with in a month of eachother. It was hard for me to keep moving. I also devopled family issues with my mother. My life felt like nothing when my uncle came to my house. I did a workout with him out of bordem and I enjoyed it. He stayed at my house for a week and we worked out everyday. I was starting to feel happier! I then did research and found a good workout app. I started at a low level for about a month. As I started to see muscle growth and the loss of fat I started to enjoy it. I then went to my dads appartment. He had gym at the complex. There were so many machines. It was so much fun and I started to see progress. I am still going to that gym everyday and I was able to teach my cousin about it and turn him to the gym!
